ORDERS + PAYMENT

What payment methods are accepted?

We use Stripe facilitated through Shopify. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay & PayPal. Buy Now, Pay Later is available through Afterpay.

Are my payment details safe?

Stripe’s system ensures fraud protection measures are maintained & cardholder data is secure & encrypted for buyer security.

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout, you can also refer to Australia Post’s domestic Parcel Post & Express Parcel timeframes here.

Note: orders are shipped from Victoria, Australia.

I made a mistake when processing my order, what do I do?

Get in touch with us ASAP at hello@postprimadonna.com if you have made a processing error such as wrong address. If our warehouse team hasn’t processed the order they will do their best to facilitate any amendments.

Can I pick my order up?

No, we don’t currently offer warehouse pick up. All Post Primadonna orders will be shipped directly to your location.

Can I cancel my order?

If you send an email before dispatch, we will be able to cancel and refund your order for you. Once dispatched, you’ll need to wait until your order arrives safely, then send an email to us to lodge a return.

What should I do if get the wrong order?

Please get in touch with us via hello@postprimadonna.com our team will get back you as soon as possible.

SHIPPING + RETURNS

How long will it take for my order to be fufilled?

Orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days from our Melbourne (Australia) warehouse. We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays. For more information, check out our Shipping page.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently offer international delivery to Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Germany, Spain, France, UAE, Malaysia + Sweden.

How much does shipping cost?

For domestic parcels we offer a flat rate shipping of $5 standard & $10 express. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For more information, check out our Shipping page.

How do I know my order has been placed successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive another notification once your order has been fulfilled & this will include tracking details.

Can my parcel be left without a signature?

We want these beauties to arrive safely and only deliver with signature required. If you miss the delivery it will be taken to a post office as directed on the card left or via your tracking link.

Can I return an item?

Yes. There are exclusions and terms of refund that can be found in our Returns Policy.

Do you offer exchanges?

Not at this stage. If you want to exchange we instead encourage customers to request a refund & then purchase their chosen replacement separately.

Do you restock items if they sell out?

On the rare occasion, if we get enough requests, yes!

Do you have tarnish-free jewellery?

Yes, we have a collection of pieces made with materials that are known to be less susceptible to extreme tarnishing.

These materials include but isn't limited to PVD Gold Coating (up to 10x* thicker than Gold Plating) Gold Plating, Vermeil, Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel, Titanium and Rhodium Plating.

Please note that all jewellery that isn't 100% pure gold (24k gold) or 100% pure silver (fine silver) can tarnish

Why does jewellery tarnish?

All jewellery that isn't 100% pure gold (24k gold) or 100% pure silver (fine silver) can tarnishThis happens due to a process called oxidation.

When the material of your jewellery is exposed to the elements, it can slowly react causing it to wear and change colour.

Do you have any water-resistant jewellery?

Yes, we have a collection of pieces made with materials that are known to be less susceptible to extreme tarnishing, thus water-resistant. 

These materials include but isn't limited to Gold Plating, Vermeil, Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel, Titanium and Rhodium Plating.

We still recommend that you take the utmost care and keep your pieces away from moisture and water.

Please note that all jewellery that isn't 100% pure gold (24k gold) or 100% pure silver (fine silver) can tarnish.

What materials are your pieces made from?

We do our best to ensure the description of each piece includes the details regarding materials.

To make the most informed decision, read through the description carefully and refer to our Materials Guide to find out further information.

Do you have accessible options such as easier-to-use clasps?

We acknowledge that accessibility can be varied and we have gathered selections for pieces that have more straightforward clasps or don't require use of the clasp here.

Do you offer alternative earring backings for sensitive ears?

Yes, we have Silicone Earring Backs.
